Just like to tell you that a very nice man came out to us yesterday to sort out our many many hornets nests that have been bothering us for many years now. He did an excellent job. He gave us a quote for 3 separate sessions, so he will come back to re-spray the little sods in about 2 months time and then again before the end of the year to kill any remaining ones. We can go in the pool now without being *dive bombed* by the blooming things. If you have this problem I would recommend this company..............................

Hello, my name is Christine an I am a pole fitness instructor. I have recently started classes in the new polenastics dance studio in Los Altos, Via park 3.
Pole dance & pole fitness is a great way to Get fit, meet wonderful people, learn a skill, have fun, sculpt your physique, tone up, build your confidence and much much more.
I am please to announce our first ever polenastic event in Spain and who better to join us to start it off, none other than the amazing Annie Norris who is a judge and performer at the UK’s biggest National Amateur Pole Competition UKAPP.
The price is 60€ which includes a 2 hour poledance masterclass with Annie, meet & greet (ask her any questions you may have and have photos) followed by her performing.
Timings are still to be confirmed but we only have 20 spaces available so this is strictly on a first come (pay), first serve basis.
A (non refundable) deposit of 30€ is needed to secure you place and then the rest is required by the 16th July, 2 weeks before the event.
Once you have paid your deposit you can pay the rest in instalments as long as the total balance is paid by the due date

No deadly serious! It's a masterclass with a famous pole dancer from the UK. Some masterclasses can be as much as €150-€200 for 2-3 hours depending on who it is and where they have come from so 60€ I think that's pretty good for someone who is as good as Annie is. Do you do any form of pole fitness?
